LAS VEGAS, Nevada — LFA President Sven Bean announced today that the LFA has entered into two event production agreements in September of 2024.
“The LFA team will return to two of our most most popular markets to produce events in September.” said Bean, who is responsible for venue booking and scheduling for the LFA.
“We will kick things off with a return to Santa Cruz, California and Kaiser Permanente Arena on Friday, September 13th,” stated Bean.
“This will be our third visit to the market and venue. Santa Cruz is a world renown destination resort town, and a great place for our LFA fans to attend an event. We have had capacity crowds at all our previous events, which is indicative of a desire for combat sports in the area. I really enjoy working with the Warriors staff. The entertainment team is so accommodating, and always help our team to put the best product forward for the fans. I look forward to another great night and a sell out crowd on September 13th!”
Santa Cruz Warriors Chief Operating Officer David Kao added:
“Our last LFA event in March saw a packed house at Kaiser Permanente Arena as fans from Santa Cruz, the Central Coast, and the San Joaquin Valley showed up in droves for a sold-out night of top level mixed martial arts competition. It was an unforgettable event that we’re very thrilled to host again this fall. LFA is the top developmental organization in the world for MMA promotions and the developmental blueprints between LFA and the G League have many similar concepts, so hosting this event at Kaiser Permanente Arena is a natural fit. The competition was fierce and the energy was unmatched at the last event. We are so excited to do it again in September!”

LFA 192 will be broadcast live at 7PM PST/10PM EST on UFC FIGHT PASS.
“We will then close out the month of September with another date on the books at Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, Minnesota on Friday, September, 20th stated Bean.
“This will mark the last of our three scheduled events at the venue for 2024. We have had two fantastic shows there and will be pulling out all the stops for this one. The LFA is very fortunate to have a combination of a world class in house entertainment team at the venue, and a dedicated and experienced local partner in Sterling Entertainment Group. I’m excited to work together again and produce a blow out event on September 20th.” continued Bean.
