SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota — On Thursday, April 25th, LFA hosted the weigh-in for LFA 182: McKee vs. Hernandez from the Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The main event will feature a bantamweight showdown between top prospects “Merciless” Mitch McKee (5-0) and Jose “Nano” Hernandez (4-1).
LFA 182, presented by BETONLINE, will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck, who will be joined in the booth with former UFC star, RFA great, and UFC on ESPN analyst Alan “Brahma” Jouban. The Brazilian-Portuguese commentary team will consist of top-ranked UFC star Gilbert “Durinho” Burns and Brazilian MMA analyst Max Soares. They will call the action live inside the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
Every pro fighter except Jose Hernandez, Khasein Shaikhaev, Nate Smith, and Shad Walters made their contracted weight when they stepped on the scales. They will now forfeit a portion of their purses to their opponents. LFA 182 will proceed with twelve bouts, which includes the bantamweight showdown at the top of the card.
