SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota — On Thursday, April 13th, LFA hosted the weigh-in for LFA 156: Fuller vs. Waters from the Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The main event will feature a welterweight title fight between top contenders Jalin “The Gentleman” Fuller (7-2) and Trey “The Truth” Waters (6-1).
LFA 156 will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck, who will be joined in the booth with former UFC star, RFA great, and UFC on ESPN analyst Alan “Brahma” Jouban. The Brazilian-Portuguese commentary team will consist of iconic Brazilian media personality Jorge “Joinha” Guimarães and Brazilian MMA analyst Max Soares. They will call the action live inside the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
Every pro fighter except Richie Lewis made their contracted weight when they stepped on the scales. Lewis will now forfeit a portion of his purse to his opponent Jordan Isordia. LFA 156 will proceed with nine bouts, which includes the welterweight championship at the top of the card.
