Keweny Lopes knocks out Wellington Prado in Capoeria vs. Jiu-Jitsu Showdown at LFA 191

CAJAMAR, São Paulo, Brazil — In the Greater São Paulo Metro Area, the LFA hosted a showdown between second-generation masters of Jiu-Jitsu and Capoeira, which are Brazil’s two most famous martial arts. In the end, the highly-anticipated matchup only lasted 94-seconds as the Capoeira contramestre Keweny “Leão” Lopes knocked out the Jiu-Jitsu black belt Wellington “Predador” Prado with a flurry of powerful punches at 1:34 of Round 1. In the co-main event, former LFA middleweight champion Lucas Fernando defeated fellow LFA veteran Pedro Oliveira via Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28). About GINÁSIO DO POLVILHO:
The Municipality of Cajamar, through the Department of Public Works and Services, coordinated the complete renovation of the entire structure of the Polvilho Gym.
