PHOENIX, Arizona — On Thursday, November 16th, LFA hosted the weigh-in for LFA 172: Davis vs. Chapolin from the Radisson Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. The main event will feature a flyweight world title fight between champion Cody Davis (8-1) and top contender Eduardo Chapolin (11-2).
LFA 172 will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck, who will be joined in the booth by current UFC star and UFC Hall of Fame member Cub Swanson. The Brazilian-Portuguese commentary team will consist of former PRIDE FC star and BJJ world champion Allan Góes and Brazilian MMA analyst Max Soares. They will call the action live inside the Arizona Financial Theatre in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT.

Every fighter, except Chas Dunhour, made their contracted weight when they stepped on the scale. Dunhour will now forfeit a portion of his purse to his opponent Livio Ribeiro.
LFA 172 will proceed with eleven bouts, which includes the flyweight championship at the top of the card.
