SANTA CRUZ, California — On Thursday, September 12th, LFA hosted the weigh-in for LFA 192: Climaco vs. Dias from the Courtyard by Marriott in Santa Cruz, California. The main event will feature an Intercontinental Flyweight Showdown between Road To UFC semi-finalist Mark Climaco (10-2) and Dana White’s Contender Series alum Victor “Paçoca” Dias (12-3).
LFA 192, presented by MONSTER ENERGY will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck, who will be joined in the booth by former UFC star, RFA great, and UFC on ESPN analyst Alan “Brahma” Jouban. The Brazilian-Portuguese commentary team will consist of UFC women’s flyweight star and LFA great Dione Barbosa, who will work alongside Brazilian MMA analyst Max Soares. They will call the action live from Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz, California. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT.
Every fighter, except Aziz Osorbek Uulu, Buddy Wallace, Kendra McIntyre, Benny Orozco, and Aupuni Pagaoa, made their contracted weights when they stepped on the scale. They will now forfeit a portion of their purses to their opponents. LFA 192 will proceed with ten bouts, which includes the Flyweight Showdown at the top of the card.
